In Stock products are sent via AusPost. We will mark if the stuff in stock, ship from AU, fast shipping. The tracking number will be provide after shipment.
Except Australia, when we ship to other countries, import duties, value added taxes, customs fees, etc. may be imposed depending on the laws and regulations of the destination countries. The member or the addressee of the goods (if the addressee and the member being different) shall bear those duties, taxes and fees. The carrier shall directly charge regarding those duties, taxes and fees.
For our US customers: Packages to the United States are currently not subject to any import taxes or duties – we cover all taxes on your behalf! We are actively working to extend this benefit to more countries soon, so that customers worldwide can enjoy tax-free shopping with us.
We shall charge the cost of shipping and returning of the goods if the member or the addressee refused the receipt of the goods due to reasons such as those duties, taxes and fees. In addition, we shall not be responsible for delays due to custom troubles and customs procedures. We shall not issue any proof of origin of delivery goods or export certificate such as export visa.
Handcrafted Nature of Our Products
All our statues, figures, and collectibles are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Due to the handmade process, minor variations in paint, finish, assembly, or small imperfections (such as slight looseness in accessories or 1mm differences) are normal and part of each piece’s unique character.
We kindly ask for your understanding that if you require absolute perfection or have specific sensitivities (e.g., related to obsessive-compulsive tendencies), our products may not be suitable for you.
As a retailer, we are committed to providing excellent customer support and will assist with after-sales service to the best of our ability within reasonable limits. We do not accept complaints or returns for normal handmade variations.
Returns for Defective or Damaged Items
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the goods have a major fault (e.g., manufacturing defects such as missing parts, wrong color, significant damage in transit).
Change of Mind Returns
We usually do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind (e.g., you no longer like the item, found it cheaper elsewhere, or it does not meet personal expectations). However, we have provided you with some alternative options:
Order Transfer / Change of Mind for Pre-Orders
If you change your mind after placing a pre-order but do not wish to lose your deposit, you can contact our customer support before shipment to explore order transfer options. We offer the following alternatives to help you avoid losing your deposit:
1. Sell/Transfer to Another Buyer
You can sell your pre-order to another collector. You are free to adjust the price (lower or higher) when finding a buyer.
Once you have found a buyer, please contact us immediately. We will assist in transferring the order.
For buyers interested in purchasing someone else's pre-order: The transfer must be confirmed by us, the original buyer (seller), and the new buyer.
2. Transfer Funds Within Your Own Orders
If you have multiple pre-orders (e.g., Order A and Order B) but no longer want Order A, you can request to transfer the paid deposit/amount from Order A to Order B (e.g., if Order B is still at deposit stage).
3. Transfer to Another Pre-Order Product
If you change your mind and want a different pre-order product instead, you can request to transfer your deposit to a new eligible pre-order item. We will manually generate the new order for you after confirmation.
4. Refund Request (Last Resort)
If none of the above options are possible and you no longer want the pre-order, you may contact us to request a refund. However, this will incur a small platform processing fee. Refunds are processed at our discretion and may take time.

Refunds are processed at our discretion, except where required by Australian Consumer Law (for major faults or incorrect goods).
Return Shipping
Special Order, Custom, and One-Off Products
Custom statues, personalised items, special-order products, and one-off handmade pieces (often limited to 10–20 pieces worldwide) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for change of mind.
Australian Consumer Law permits businesses to exclude change-of-mind returns for custom or personalised goods. We strongly recommend you fully understand the product details, scarcity, and risks before ordering.
While we provide double packaging to protect these items during transit, we cannot offer repair, replacement, or refund for damage occurring during shipping due to their unique and irreplaceable nature. Please think carefully before placing your order.
Additionally, certain manufacturers (such as Good Smile Company) have explicitly stated that they do not provide any after-sales service for damage to the outer packaging box. After-sales support is only available if the figure itself has manufacturing defects or damage, regardless of the packaging condition.
