📦 US Orders New Tax-Free Shipping Route – May 2025

Dear Customers,

Due to recent changes in international trade and US import tariff policies, shipping to the United States has become more unpredictable through certain routes.

To ensure stable and cost-effective delivery, we’ve adjusted our logistics strategy as follows:

🇦🇺 Shipments from Australia Warehouse (to US)

No changes.
Orders valued under USD $800 will continue to be shipped as separate parcels to avoid duties.
Delivery times remain stable.

🇨🇳 Shipments from China Warehouse (to US)

All parcels are now shipped via ocean freight instead of air.
Import duties will be fully covered by us — you won’t need to pay any customs fees.
Shipping fees for new orders have been slightly reduced.
Estimated delivery time: around 1 month.

These changes are made to reduce your customs risks and ensure shipping remains smooth, affordable, and hassle-free.

If you have any questions about your order or the warehouse it will be shipped from, feel free to contact us.

Thank you for your continued trust and support.
